"Heroes" is the latest series to capitalize on the idea of "real world superheroes". Around the world,
ordinary people discover that they have unexpected abilities, and this brings them unexpected
benefits and consequences. How did this come to pass, and how will these individuals deal with the
moral implications? Those questions drove "Heroes" to its highly successful first season. In the fall of
2008, the series will continue to explore those themes in its third season.

September 2006. New episodes for the third season will begin in September 2008.
